💭 You Can't Get Enough of This Stuff!

My first experience with flourless cake was as a teen while serving at a local restaurant. That particular one had a lot of similarity to cheesecake, only chocolate. I couldn't get enough of the stuff then and have been making differing versions myself ever since.

I served this particular fudge gluten-free chocolate cake recipe to a dear, gluten free friend who's opinion I hold very highly. To my surprise, she claimed it the best flourless chocolate cake she had ever eaten. I hope you all feel the same way!

My husband recommends pairing this with our creamy whipped cream!

To my surprise, she claimed it the best flourless chocolate cake she had ever eaten.

Rich and creamy this is a chocolate lover's delight, to say the least! The fact that it's gluten free is a double bonus and makes it the perfect dessert to serve to a crowd.
